William "Bill" R. Albright, of Byesville, passed away June 18, 2024. Bill was a beloved member of the community and a devoted family man and friend.
Bill was born January 4, 1946, the son of the late Henry "Hank" and Margaret (Dolney) Albright. He was married to Peggy (Knouff) on May 4, 1967. He was raised in Byesville, a city he held dear to his heart. Bill graduated from Byesville High School in 1963. He was active in Byesville council for many years.
Bill loved to support the local sports teams by going to the games with his friends. He was a past member of the Meadowbrook Boosters and enjoyed coaching youth sports while his children were growing up. Bill was a huge fan of Ohio State sports and tried to never miss a game. Bill was also an avid fisherman. He enjoyed fishing at Seneca Lake and other area fishing spots for most of his life.
He attended the Byesville Main Avenue Methodist Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 654 in Byesville.
